This gives residents of the parish* the opportunity to 'borrow' or rent items that are often used very rarely, are large and hard to store or things that may only be needed once.
Most things are free to borrow, but where there is a cost, this is only to cover 'consumables' and maintenance.
Membership is £20 per year, which then covers you for as many rentals as you need or want (we do have some FREE memberships for people who are experiencing hardship - please let us know if this is something that would help. These are limited, so only available to people who really, really need them!).
Collections are at the Depot on Rochfords, Coffee Hall and at the moment, are on Fridays and Mondays, by appointment. We can also offer a delivery of some items to local areas - please let us know if you need this service. There may be an additional fee for this.
As the scheme develops, we will add more equipment and items - please let us know if there are things that you would like to see.
*Due to the way that we are funded, this project is only open to residents of the parish of Woughton. This includes the estates of Peartree Bridge, Eaglestone, Leadenhall, Coffee Hall, Beanhill, Netherfield and Tinkers Bridge. If you are outside the parish and wish to use the project, please get in touch with us BEFORE registering.
